Desription:

D10Q is the updated version of DSP-10KQ, which not only consists of DSP function, also have Eternet function or wifi function. Through this function you could creat a network system to control several amplifiers in one computer, without much cables that can reduce the problem of DSP control break because of cable faults. The D10Q combines four channels of extremely powerful amplification with networking, 4in&4out digital processing, amplifiers, power supply and connected mains supply resulting in unique operational benefits. It is a perfect line array amplifier.  It is suitable for top or line array speaker.

1. What is the Payment Terms?

2. What is the delivery time ?

We have finished goods in stock. We could ship out the goods once receive your payment. It will take DHL approx 5~ 7 days to arrive. 

3. What is the warranty ?

We provide 2 years warranty for power amplifiers. We don't provide spare parts for sample orders ; for big order or regular orders , we will put some components of the amplifiers;  diaphragms, recone kits and internal filters of speakers which may be damaged following delivery. 

Within the warranty period , we'll be responsible for repair or replacement for any defected or damaged products free of charge . But it is only for damaged components , if you want the complete boards for swap , you should pay.

For over service lifetime , we'll be responsible for repair and only charge for the replaced components .
